Assuming that SPEC-06 is better than 275R, and since 275R Airflow is further improved from SPEC-06, we could expect the CPU Temp of the 275R Airflow would be between 47 and 55 possibly 51 Celsius at loads. Use Silverstone RL06 as a reference which is the best airflow case by far, its best temp is 47 Celsius.

275R Airflow comes with 1 more front fans.įrom Gamers Nexus's review about 275R, the CPU Temp is 55 Celsius by stock configuration. There are difference in drive bays carriage but I am not very sure if 3.5" bays can accommodate 2.5" drives or not. As to the depth, I also want to know what impact would that have on the 275R Airflow. Their heights are the same which suggests that as far as fitting AIO coolers at the roofs are no problem because it has been proven that SPEC-06 can accommodate 120mm or 240mm AIO coolers. I did a side by side comparison and found that there is a difference in length(depth) of 17mm, and 1mm in width. You may follow the two links below to compare their technical spec. However, unable to assess its thermal performance compared with others like in Gamers Nexus reviews, maybe we should send a message to Steve.
CORSAIR 275R AIRFLOW FRONT PANEL PLUS
I combined the reviews from about Spec-06 and 275R, then come to a conclusion that because the Spec-06 is almost exactly the same layout as the 275R with a little bit of tweaking here and there, plus the observation that the 275R Airflow has the front panel perforated with some fractal style cutouts, we can conclude that 275R Airflow is internally identical to the 275R layout-wsie and the ventilation would be better than the SPEC-06.
